Broward County Marriage License Offices:

In Broward County, the Clerk of Court’s Offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. except for legal holidays. The telephone number is 954.831.6525 Ext. 7842. Marriage licenses are available at the following locations only:

North Regional Courthouse
One-Stop Customer Service Division

West Regional Courthouse

Plantation, Florida

Fees are payable by cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Make payable to the Clerk of Courts. No business or personal checks will be accepted. Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted at the One-Stop Customer Service Divisions only.
