In Miami-Dade County, the Clerk's Office is the issuing agent of Marriage Licenses for the State of Florida. These offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., except for legal holidays. The telephone number is 305.275.1155. Payment is accepted in cash, Visa, Master Card, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders only. Personal checks are not accepted for the Marriage License Application.
